Painting the Vases

1.Apply the acrylic base paint (flesh tint) on the selected terracotta vases, preferably using a flat brush (not provided in the kit). This acrylic base provides a protective layer on the terracotta surface before the water- based colours are used.

2.Transform the terracotta vase into a work of art using the six colours provided in the kit. Create your own beautiful designs using combinations of the six colours in oriental patterns. You can take ideas from those shown on the box or from the internet.

3. Mixing the standard colours can help you obtain new colours

Paper flowers can be created with minimum skills using crepe paper and stiffened paper stems. The paper flowers look very artistic and are an outstanding alternative to dried or other varieties. When arranged in the attractively painted oriental vases, the combination looks stunning.
