Quilling can be used to create art pieces by gluing a design of unlimited colours and patterns onto a flat cardboard background.
You can decorate and create designs at boxes, cabinets, and other items (with recessed surfaces) with quilling. In addition to gluing paper coils to a background, quilling can involve sculpting and gluing coils together to create free-standing, three-dimensional objects.
Adhere all the 100 strips end to end by applying adhesive on the ends and make a very long strip.
Start rolling a tight coil, maintaining a uniform tension throughout this action till the whole strip has been rolled.
Push the coil up slowly and carefully to make a cup coil, ensuring that during this extrusion that the coil does not open out in the middle nor fall out.
Apply glue mixed with water on - first the inside of the bowl, and once that is dry, on the outside of the bowl as well.
If required coat the bowl with a little varnish (not provided in the kit) and let it dry.
You may use this bowl to keep your nick nacks or to serve candies.
